Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.

Return / Refund Policy

RETURNS: . If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, and return within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or exchange for the item or items however we do not refund any postage costs. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage this would apply to all goods under the value of £36. Any amounts under the value of £36 is covered under royal mail compensation scheme in the event of loss or damage. Please bear in mind that if the goods you are returning value is above £36GBP it is not covered by Royal Mail unless the correct method of return is used your local post office would advise you of the most secure method in this event.
Please note that sewing patterns are non-refundable under any circumstances

First Class Royal Mail For All Items (Except Basting Grates, Basting Guns,Wadding, Batting Fat Quarter Bundles and Parcels over 1KG these will have to be posted via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Second Class or Parcelforce 48 Hour Service )

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
