Do You Sell Fabrics By The Yard?
Yes all our fabrics are priced up as half yard lengths so if for example you require one yard just enter 2 and it will be supplied in a one yard piece. If your require one and a half yards just enter 3 and you will be supplied with a one and a half yard piece. For two yards just enter 4 etc etc.
What Are Your Postage Costs?
All postage costs are shown in our store policies we think you will agree that they are very competitive.
How long will My Items Take To Be Delivered?
We aim to despatch all items within 48 working hours of payment of your order. The majority of items we carry in stock but we do ask that you allow up to 10 working days for the following products.
Vogue, McCall’s and Butterick Sewing Patterns and Ot-lite Craft Lamps. These items sometimes have to be delivered direct from the suppliers.
What If My Item Is Out Of Stock?
Our stock levels takes half hour to update itself on our site so if in the event you purchased an item just after another customer you will be contacted by email or telephone to advise you of the situation normally most items come back into stock very quickly but you will always be given the option of a full refund.
